Viviamo in uno splendido pianeta, il pianeta Terra che è sempre più stanco di ospitarci.
In questi giorni saturi di notizie allarmanti sul cambiamento climatico in corso, l’inquinamento di fiumi, mari, terra, aria, l’assenza totale della politica che sembra non accorgersi di cosa potrebbe capitarci, sentiamo un grande bisogno di risposte.Questa rassegna nasce dall’esigenza di conoscere il nostro ambiente-universo in tutte le sue manifestazioni e stimolare il pubblico ad una maggiore sensibilità verso modelli di sviluppo che abbiano come fondamento il rispetto di MADRE NATURA e del grande mistero della VITA.

Mentre la città si appresta a celebrare il trentennale del ’77 con una serie di iniziative, a Capodilucca12 si festeggerà invece il trentennale di Filippo Scòzzari, protagonista di Re Nudo, Mago, il Male, Cannibale, Frigidaire, Linus, Alter, Il Lunedì della Repubblica, con la mostra “il Reale e la sua Boria”

Nato nel 1946 a Bologna, Filippo Scòzzari è vivissimo oggi, esattamente come lo era nel 1976/77, quando iniziò a pubblicare le proprie visioni.

Trent’anni è un’età insolita per debuttare, ma erano ancor più insoliti i suoi disegni e la sua Bulagna, per pochi istanti trasfiguratasi in turrita fabbrica dei sogni: finalmente capitale di una generazione piena di contraddizioni, che la porteranno ad infrangersi su troppi aspetti della realtà. Una generazione il cui rabbioso motore emotivo, funzionante a desideri, aspirazioni, e ideologie dure a morire, spingerà Scòzzari a propinarsi gli scongiuri usando carta e matita.


In effetti, solo dopo aver assaporato e studiato le sconfitte del ’68, si può assaporare e studiare la sua avventura nell’universo a volte asfittico, a volte spropositato, della Comunicazione: un lungo, testardo, reiterato, appassionato scongiuro perché non si tornasse ai vecchi errori, perché si guardasse con occhi nuovi, per operare su altri terreni e rigenerare stupori.
I nemici sono sempre quelli: il Reale, e la sua Boria.

87 euro a persona per 57.888.245 cittadini equivalgono a 5 miliardi, 36 milioni, 277315 mila euro. Nulla a confronto del mastodontico debito pubblico (1.439.755.000.000, 1439 miliardi di euro), solo lo 0,35% del debito pubblico.

Seignorage: Italian Judge Condemns Central Bank


A Justice of the peace in the southern Italian town of Lecce has held that the Italian Central Bank's practice of retaining the seignorage on paper money for its own profit is illegal. The amount in question is a total of 5 billion Euro for Italian Lira paper-money issued in the time period from 1996 to 2003. Seignorage is the difference between the cost of producing banknotes and the nominal value of the notes.
Typically, a bank note costs cents to produce but it "sells" for its full value, whatever the printed numbers say...
The legal case was sustained by an Italian consumers association - ADUSBEF - which deals with consumer implications of banking, financial and postal services as well as insurances.

The Italian Central Bank condemned to give back the seigniorage
On 26 september 2005 an Italian Judge condemned the defendant, the Italian Central Bank, to pay back the seigniorage to a member of a grassroot organization of citizen named ADUSBEF who won a suit here. It is the very first time that our "Banca d'Italia" was condemned about the seigniorage.
